Sudhaker’s home was exactly how it was listed. It had great amenities. I was in need of a place for 11 people for a last minute trip & Sudhaker made it happen. It is in a great location.
This house is beautiful, spacious, and clean! Our children rarely left the game room as there was plenty to do. The kitchen, living, and dining room where very open and great for a large family! If you are the lucky one staying in the master bedroom, be sure to take advantage of the large tub. If you aren't so lucky, dont worry, the guest bathroom is very spacious. There are plenty of local restaurants and activities near by. Laura was very responsive and kind. This house did not disappoint!!
Amazing spacious home, super clean and organized. My 4 young boys loved the game room. Laura was very informative and helpful. She recommended the gathering as a place to visit and my boys loved it. Beds were extra comfy. I truly felt like I never left my own home and that is an amazing feeling especially during this pandemic she had every single thing I could think I need. Book this house you won’t regret it
This was a great spacious beautiful home. We had a our family vacation here and there was enough room to accommodate all of us. The game room was a big hit with everyone. The location was great and close to the highway and everything you needed it.

No parties or events Pets are allowed Long term stays (28 days or more) are allowed Additional rules NO EARLY CHECK-INS and NO LATE DEPARTURES. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. 1. SMOKING POLICY. This is a NON-SMOKING house. Smoking in the home or near doors and windows that leave smoke evidence behind will automatically forfeit the damage deposit. 2. PET POLICY. Pets are permitted in the home with prior approval only. If approved, a $300 refundable pet deposit will be assessed along with a “Furry Friends” rate of $10/pet/night. A separate signed pet agreement is also required. Pet owners are expected to clean up and dispose of all pet excrement prior to departure. It is hereby understood and agreed, homeowner's insurance does not apply to “bodily injury”, “property damage”, or any other loss, cost or expense, caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part by an animal owned by or in the care, custody or control of a guest. Guests will be held liable for any damage, loss, or harm caused by the actions of their pets. 3. NOISE and EVENTS. Broken Arrow has a nuisance noise ordinance that requires quiet between 9PM and 7AM. Noise complaints from neighbors, directed to city police, the owners, or the owners’ security service will be cause for eviction with no return of payments made. THIS HOME IS IN AN ESTABLISHED NEIGHBORHOOD WITH PERMANENT RESIDENTS. IF YOUR INTENT IS TO HOLD A DRINKFEST OR STAGE A SEQUEL TO “ANIMAL HOUSE,” LOOK ELSEWHERE! Large events and gatherings are not allowed. 4. MINIMUM AGE POLICY. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian. 5. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPER SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily housekeeper service is not included in the rental rate. However, cleaning and/or linen service may be provided at an additional charge. We do provide pool towels and request that bathroom towels not be used outside. 6. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental fees and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 7. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 8. PERSONAL LIABILITY. This home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 9. PARKING. This home has room for approximately 4 cars on the driveway. All guests must exercise consideration for our neighbors. Do not block or pull into neighboring driveways. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED. 10. No Wet/Muddy Shoes in the House. 11. This Short-Term Rental is licensed through the City of Broken Arrow. The following rules are set by and are enforceable by the City of Broken Arrow. • It shall be unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance. The noise ordinance is in effect between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. • The maximum occupancy of a Short-Term Rental unit is three (3) families OR a total 12 individuals. • The maximum amount of parking for this unit is 2 vehicles and parking for this rental is limited to 2 driveway spaces, please do not park on the street. Additional parking available near the Gazebo which is 5 houses down the road.
