The building sits right on the edge of the Saguenay River, just a 2-minute walk from a grocery store and steps away from a bike path that takes you downtown in under 5 minutes on foot. Recently renovated while preserving its original charm and character. Please note that there is no view of the Saguenay River from the apartment or the balcony.

Appartement confortable, propre et chaleureux, très bien localisé au bord du Saguenay. Thomas nous a laissé des petites attentions dans le frigo et ses adresses de restaurant /café sont excellentes ! On recommande sans soucis !
