Check-in time will be 6 pm if booking is done with less than 48 hours notice due to cleaning company scheduling. No smoking in the house or on the property. This is a high risk fire area - be aware. No open fires or reel flame candles or devices. No shoes in the house. No commercial or professional photos or filming WITHOUT Permission and fee; $1500 fee for photos; $5000 fee for commercial filming. No event without permission and event fee of $1500 (wedding parties) or $5000/day. Students and small businesses are welcome to get in touch to request reduced rates of $2000 (filming and events). If you have requests for other arrival or departure times are possible, when there are no other bookings the same day, if the cleaning company can accommodate, and with advance notice. We charge a relatively small housekeeping fee so please leave the place tidy and the dishes cleaned! Please put all trash into a bag or two and take it out to the curbside trash cans on the street.
