• PLEASE LEAVE ALL SAND ON THE BEACH AND SHAKE TOWELS BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING - there are showers on the beachfront. • Please do not site on the cream coloured lounge when wet or covered in sunscreen or tanning spray. • Please do not hang items over balconies/balustrades. Towels and clothing should be hung on the clothesline provided or on the clothesline on the roof of the building (see book for details). • Please respect our neighbours and always keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm. • Please respect our property as if it was your own. • Any damage to the property will be paid for from your bond. • No pets are allowed. • ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES are permitted at this property, or any other property we manage. Guests breaching this rule are liable to be evicted without refund immediately and are subject to additional cleaning charges. • No smoking or vaping inside, on the balcony or anywhere on the premises. • Third-party bookings are not allowed ie the person making the booking needs to be staying at the property unless otherwise agreed with the host. • Please separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of it in the correct bins. • NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED at this property.
