We are unable to accommodate early check-ins at this time. We do not accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 through Airbnb. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation or eviction without refund. Guests have access to the entire home and yard, with the exception of one locked owner’s linen closet and the detached garage. For guest safety, a standard rental agreement and liability waiver is required prior to check-in. No parties, only registered guests allowed on the property. The person booking must be present during the stay. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. If you or your guests smoke inside our home, there will be an automatic $500.00 cleaning fee charged to you. For safety reasons, climbing on the roof or jumping from the roof into the pool is strictly prohibited. Any violation by you or your guests will result in an immediate termination of the reservation without refund and a $1,000 fine. 🚫 Absolutely no glitter or sequins allowed inside our home. We will add on an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 if glitter is found. 🚫 We do not allow pets inside our home. If you have a trained service animal, (Service animals are working animals that have been trained to perform specific tasks that assist disabled people) you MUST disclose this at booking. We will have to arrange for special cleaning after your departure. 🗑️ Excessive trash over bin limits will result in a $125.00 fee.
