Modern Escape

We loved our stay at 2715 Rutger. The home was just that, a home. You felt comfortable as soon as you walked in. We had 7 guests and had plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathrooms and surface areas. We enjoyed the table on the deck to relax outside. It’s close to downtown and neighboring activities. We would highly recommend staying with William at this location or any other location he has, he was a great host!

the stay was awesome we felt comfortable spacious enough for everyone to gather in one room i would use the facility again highly recommend suggestion add mirrors and tvs to the lower bedrooms to put this airbnb over the top i will be contacting William for other locations he may have excellent facility

We loved the having the master bedroom next to the kitchen. Also nice having 2.5 baths for our group of 8. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. Williams place was perfect for our weekend trip to St. Louis.

We had a great stay! William was very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered all my questions. The house is beautiful, well furnished and was perfect for our group of 11. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. I will say the living area is a little small for 12 people, but we dined in shifts, spent most of our time out of the house, and had several children with us so it was perfect for our needs. There’s also a small outdoor dining table which could be nice during warmer weather. The house is a short drive to all of the places we needed to visit (museums, zoo, arch, etc…) as well as many great restaurants. Overall, this has probably been my best Airbnb experience and would definitely return if we ever find ourselves back in St. Louis. Thanks William!
