House Rules • No pets allowed. Please do not bring any animals onto the property. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors. Please step off the property if you wish to smoke. • Parties and events are not allowed. We warmly welcome family time and small gatherings within the approved guest limit. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 06:00 (6:00 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighbors and other guests. • Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would expect in your own. • Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unauthorized pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Additional charges may apply if any of these occur. • Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly. • No refunds or relocations for dissatisfaction or malfunctioning appliances. We will make timely repairs wherever possible, and recommend trip insurance for unforeseen changes.
