3. Parties & Events: No unauthorized parties or events. Please contact us for approval of any gatherings.
4. Pets: Please contact us before bringing any pets. Additional fees may apply.

Additional Guidelines

1. Please remove shoes when inside the home.
2. Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycling in appropriate containers.
3. Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property.
4. Do not adjust the thermostat beyond recommended settings.

Safety & Security

1. Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your party.
2. In case of emergency, contact 911 first, then notify us.
3. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations.

Violation of these rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
