The Main House has three bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests, with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a Smart TV. The backyard is shared with guests of the attached Magnolia Suite and is not currently fully fenced. Pets must remain leashed and supervised outdoors. The Suite is a separate rental and is not included with the Main House. Ample street parking is available near the Main House; the driveway and carport are reserved for Suite guests.
• Please respect our quiet residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended unless crated. • No parties, events, smoking, or vaping anywhere on the property. • Please report any accidental damage during your stay so we can address it promptly. • Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.
