Combined Waiver and Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to use the amenities at The Lovers' Nest (hereinafter referred to as "the Property"), including but not limited to kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, the hot tub, and swimming in the pond, I, the undersigned guest, agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in various activities on the Property, including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, using the hot tub, and swimming in the pond. These activities have inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, accidents, drowning, or damage to property. 2. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being while using these amenities. I will wear appropriate safety gear, follow posted rules and guidelines, and use the equipment in a responsible and safe manner. 3. I release and discharge the owner(s) of the Property, their agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or accident that may be sustained while using these amenities on the Property. 4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner(s) of the Property against any and all claims and liabilities that may arise as a result of my use of these amenities, including but not limited to legal fees. 5. I understand that this waiver and release of liability is binding not only on myself but also on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By using the kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, hot tub, or swimming in the pond on the Property, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this combined waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
