Nothin’ But Views is worded perfectly—the views are spectacular! We were excited to see a different sky every morning, even on the rainy/foggy days. The kitchen had most utensils we needed or wanted, the porch seating is enjoyable, and the game area with the multi-cade, pool table and air hockey table was a family favorite for all! We would happily return to this cabin!
This place was amazing! The views are something you will never forget. The kid loved the loft and game room downstairs. It’s a quick easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is clean and well maintained. It was plenty of space for our family of three and could easily accommodate a few more.

Snow-dusted ridgelines and crisp mountain air set the tone as you arrive, with long-range Smoky Mountain views stretching out beyond the decks. Inside, warm light spills through tall windows, and evenings naturally slow into fireside conversations and game-room laughter. From quiet mornings watching the mountains wake up to late-night soaks under a cold winter sky, this cabin is designed for unhurried time together. The space Nothin’ But Views is set within Legacy Mountain Resort and unfolds across three levels. About eight stairs lead to the main entry, where a full kitchen opens into a dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room invites you to settle in with a flat-screen TV, Bose sound system, and an indoor stack stone electric fireplace that becomes the heart of the space on cooler nights. This level also includes a king master suite with its own full bathroom. Downstairs, a second king suite offers added privacy and direct access to the game room. Here you’ll find a pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and both Xbox One and Wii systems for easy, all-ages entertainment. Just outside, the lower deck holds the hot tub, where winter evenings are best spent watching the mountains fade into the dark. Upstairs, an open loft provides a third sleeping area with two twin beds. It’s accessed by a staggered ladder and works well for kids or extra guests. An air mattress is stored here for additional flexibility. Both full bathrooms are located within the king suites. Sleeping arrangements The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Two king suites anchor the layout, while the loft sleeping area accommodates additional guests. Please note the loft does not include a bathroom or closet and is accessed by a staggered ladder. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is equipped for home-style meals, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast before exploring or lingering over dinner as the mountains glow outside. The dining table seats six and keeps the views front and center. Outdoor living Multiple decks look out over the Smoky Mountains, offering a front-row seat to changing light and weather. The hot tub is available year-round, making it especially inviting after a winter hike or day of sightseeing. Resort access As a guest of Legacy Mountain Resort, you’ll have access to shared amenities including a pool, sauna, gym, and an amenities center with a fireplace lounge. The cabin itself sits on a quiet, dead-end street with minimal traffic. Parking is free for two large or three small vehicles. Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and self check-in via keypad are provided. The cabin is not pet friendly, and emotional support animals are not permitted due to owner and guest allergies. A refundable security deposit is required via credit card preauthorization. Whether you’re spending the season fireside, soaking under winter skies, or enjoying the quiet between adventures, this cabin offers a warm retreat with nothing but views. Guest access "Nothin' But Views" has keyless access.
• No smoking • No pets Great Smoky Vacations Guests are required to sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be cancelled. You will get a link to sign the rental agreement. Guests are required to furnish a credit card for the security deposit hold. You will receive a link to put your credit card information on file with our property management software. These two steps need to be taken care of or you will not receive your key code for access to the cabin. Please take care of them ASAP after booking. Check your spam if you don't receive an email. 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. 3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. PAYMENT - You will have to refer to the AirBnB policy for payment terms. There will be a PreAuthorization hold put on your credit card for up to $300.00 for any damage done to the property. 5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 6% penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 'Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival are non refundable.' Please note that the fee you pay to the listing site may not be refunded. 6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) may be assessed. There will be an additional charge for any adult in your party over 4. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring towels for the hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. Also put back all furniture and items where you found them. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed. 11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No Subletting. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. We strive to keep the cabin in great working order but like our own home, something might be wrong from time to time. We try to get these repairs done as soon as possible as per vendors schedules permit. Refunds are not given unless your stay has to be cancelled by the owner if the property is inhabitable. 15. Children must be supervised at all times especially on the decks and ladder to the loft. 16. Guests agree not to turn the air conditioner below 72 degrees. 17. If you are traveling with a pet, you agree to abide by the pet rules and pay a $120.00 plus tax fee per pet per stay. This is in addition to the total paid to Airbnb. We will send you a payment link for the pet fee. AirBnB will not add in a pet fee for any additional pets you may have past the first pet. If you check any amount of pets, it will only charge you for one pet. If you do not report a pet, you will incur a $250.00 fine. 18. We encourage you to get travel insurance. 19. If there are more than 4 adults in your group, you agree to pay an additional $20.00 per night per adult in your party over 4 adults. 20. At any time during, before, or after your stay with us, your information may be shared with a website designed to report guest who are disrespectful of the rental property. By signing this contract, you agree that all communications--with the exception of personal phone numbers, banking and credit card info, and street addresses--between the renter and owner regarding renting this cabin, may be recorded and published to a public web site. 21. The Preserves Resort is in the mountains. 4 Wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice. The following pet rules do not apply to service dogs. 1. Please remember to bring your pets toys so he/she is not bored on your vacation. 2. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised in the cabin unless in a crate. 3. All pets must be on a flea treatment system. 4. Dogs must be leashed at all times, when outside the cabin, and under the control of their owner. 5. Please clean up after your pet. If your pet happens to have an accident, there is some spray under the kitchen sink to spray on the spot after you clean it up to get the odor out. 6. Please do not leave your pet unattended on the decks. 7. We would ask that you do not allow your pet on the furniture. However, if he/she is a service animal and must be on the furniture with you, please put out a dog blanket before allowing him/her on the furniture. There is a waterproof thick blanket in the dog crate. Please do not use quilts from the beds. 8. Please bring your dog's own pet blanket for the crate provided. 9. When it is time to go, please put the pet bowls in the dishwasher with the rest of your dirty dishes and turn on the dishwasher. 10. We also bring along our dog's food in case the local store doesn't carry our brand. Our dogs' stomachs aren't good with switching their dog food. 11. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay.
