This is a very chic and practical spot! Felt safe and cozy with my family. Once inside, the thoughtfully curated atmosphere makes you feel like you're in a home rather than an apartment. Be sure to read the check-in/location instructions before arrival.

We were moving a family member into an apartment a few miles away, and we arrived too late to unpack the truck and set up the beds, so we decided to try to find a spot to stay. The two men in our party of 4 are 6'6" and 6'8", and so grabbing a hotel room with 2 double beds isn't an option if we want to get a decent night's rest. It was nearly midnight, and so I wasn't super optimistic about finding a spot, but I thought I would try to reach Josiah. To my surprise, he responded right away and confirmed our stay. We were so thankful after driving all day to have a warm, quiet, clean place to park and recharge. Both mattresses were much firmer than we prefer, but the place was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We left the loaded UHaul in the parking lot, and no one bothered it at all. Despite being in an apartment complex, the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this space to anyone, and Josiah was very accommodating and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The unit was very spacious and clean. The kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed and more. The host was accommodating. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great big place. Plenty of room and great West Des Moines location. Very responsive. Love having all the amenities of garage and washer dryer. I would stay here and any of Josiah’s properties.
