The person making the booking needs to be staying at the property unless organised with the host. • The number of guests staying cannot exceed the number in the reservation - unregistered guests will incur a surcharge of $100 per guest per night of the entire booking. • Please REMOVE high heels when walking on timber floors. • Please keep noise to a minimum but especially after 10pm. • Loud music will not be tolerated at any time (indoors or outdoors) • Please respect our property and abide by all rules. • Absolutely no smoking inside or outside this apartment. • No pets are allowed. • Please separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of it in the correct bins. • Any damage to the property will be paid for from your bond. • NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED at this property.
