This stylish home has a hot tub for star gazing, a fireplace to stay cozy for cool nights and is close to Pappy's, Red Dog and unbelievable hikes. Giddyup on over, we're excited to host you. :)

There are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen. The bathroom is indoor/outdoor with a separate outdoor shower accessible through the main bathroom.

moking/Vaping outside the home is totally fine, just no smoking of any kind inside or it will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Two hours of early check-in or late checkout is available by request with a $35 fee and subject to availability. Unauthorized late checkouts or pets will incur a $100 penalty. No commercial filming or photography without express permission from Desert Collective Management. Personal photos/filming is fine, but anything used for print, television, music videos, movies or branded social media posts/Youtube videos will need to negotiate a filming fee. DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $59. Please alert us in advance. If you bring your pet, you will be provided with lint brushes, sheets to put over furniture, a dog bed and poop bags. If our cleaners have to clean pet hair off furniture, pick up pet waste or clean up a pet accident, you will be billed a minimum of $50. The yard is NOT fully fenced, so please plan to keep your dog on a leash at all times.
