Our beautiful 4-bedroom home offers plenty of space for families and groups. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats 8, a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large TV, and a lovely backyard with an amazing pool! We also provide additional amenities for your comfort and convenience, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Our house is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $2,000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
