Outdoor living shines here, enjoy the private pool, BBQ w/ a seamless indoor/outdoor dining setup. Inside, the home features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and flexibility. The inviting living room welcomes you with a striking natural rock wall that serves as a unique focal point, adding warmth and character to the space. The open-concept kitchen includes a large island, perfect for cooking, entertaining, or casual dining. Step outside to enjoy true Arizona outdoor living with a private pool, mini grill, and a seamless indoor/outdoor dining setup, ideal for enjoying sunny days and relaxing evenings.

WELCOME GUIDE (on-site or read below) --- Environment Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No parties, loud music, or noisy gatherings during this time. Non-recording noise monitor installed. Guests are responsible for any fines or extra cleaning fees. Only registered guests allowed; unauthorized guests incur fees. Do not move furniture. Return chairs/tables to original spots before check-out. Set thermostats to 80°F (cool) in summer or 60°F (heat) in winter before leaving. Lock all windows and doors when leaving. Towels: in the master bathroom closet. First aid kit: in the wall cabinet, next to the master bathroom closet. Fire extinguisher: in laundry room, next to the door Backyard & Pool Fire pit and propane BBQ: use responsibly, turn off propane valves after each use. Clean BBQ after use and return outdoor furniture/table to shed. Fold ping pong table when not in use. No children unattended near the pool/spa. Swim at your own risk. Pool maintenance enters through the side gate weekly (you will be notified). Do not touch pool equipment. Contact us to extend pool light (off after 10 PM). The house is not baby-proof. Watch children closely for their safety. Hygiene & Cleanliness Do not dump coffee grounds or oil in the sink. Use trash. Waste → black bin by side gate. Recycling → blue bin by side gate Take bins to the curb by Tuesday evening for pickup early Wednesday. No food or drink inside the pool area. Access & Parking Front door: smart lock. Porch door: remains unlocked. No access to studio (occupied by other guests). Porch is the only shared space. No garage access (owner/management may enter occasionally). Park in assigned side of the driveway (1 car) Check-Out Leave dirty linens/towels in the laundry room; leave sheets undone. Late check-out: please request in advance. Fees apply. If cleaners arrive while you’re still present, charges may equal a full night’s stay.
