We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and can't recommend it enough! First off is the location - it's a just 5 minute walk down to Nelson Beach which was incredible with beautiful sunrises, dolphins, and sea life. Then there's a lovely, easy, 1 hour coastal walk to Hyams beach. Along the way we came across beautiful beach coves, birds, and even a pair of kangaroos! It was SO nice to be able to easily walk to all of the beaches from the house. Second is the house itself - it has been one of our favorite places we've stayed to date. It was spotless but yet also so homey and comfortable. The bed was so comfy!! The house had everything you could need including a little weber grill that was perfect for a BBQ after a long beach day. Easy parking too! Lastly is the hosts - they were so proactive and friendly in their communication with us. From the moment we booked we knew we were in caring hands and they truly wanted us to have a good experience. Thanks again! :)

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this house. The location is absolutely top-notch: quiet and peaceful, yet so close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and great coffee spots. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. Having a dedicated parking spot was also extremely practical and much appreciated. On arrival, the toilets needed a quick clean and a few dishes required re-washing, but this didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic place and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others :)

What a beautiful apartment. Went on a short “generational”trip away with my elderly (82year old ) mum, Myself and 13 year old daughter. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Awesome location, close to all beaches, cafes. So clean so so clean, pristine, spacious and more than enough of all the amenities to accommodate us . Highly recommend. We will be back . Thank you Mel and Alana x

Mel and Alana welcomed us via messages prior to our arrival explaining the check-in process (which was very easy and flexible in time), recommendations of the local activities, restaurantes and cafes. They always very extremely friendly and proactive, periodically checking in if everything was alright. We loved the place! Just 5 min from the beautiful beach, where we spent most of the time. We even so dolphins at a quite short distance right from the shore. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and well equipped: all the necessary kitchen appliances, washing machine and the dryer, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and tableware. Amazing spacious balcony with big table, daybed and barbecue. Beds are very comfortable, coaches in the living room are great for cozy evenings, reading books and playing board games. We loved everything! Thank you, Alana and Mel for our wonderfull time at Vincentia!
