This cozy cottage lives like two units:
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full recently renovated bathroom, a small but full kitchen and living room. Bedrooms have built in desks and free WiFi for those balancing work and play. The cottage has a deck space off the second floor that is perfect for morning coffee/tea and sundowners.
Guests will also have access to the first floor which is set up as expanded living space with a pull-out queen sofa bed, large TV, new half bathroom with laundry and newer kitchen. Please note that the cottage does not have an internal staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs. The outside staircase pictured is used for access.
The cottage has one dedicated off-street parking space.
Sheets, pillows, blankets and linens are all provided for your stay. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, gas range and oven and is well stocked with pans, skillets, cutting boards, knives and more. Cleaning products are provided for guest use.
Coffee and tea are provided for your stay. For the coffee lover there is a French press and nespresso machine with pods to start your day off right.
The cottage is cat and dog friendly (max 2 pets). There are no additional fees for pets. Please note that there is no dedicated yard space for the cottage and dogs must be taken for a walk to relieve themselves.
