Alexis apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the views outstanding. Walkable to great restaurants, and the lake walkway. Our host gave outstanding recommendations for dinning. We saw a Como football game while there. We did not drive to Como but if you do small cars only as the streets are narrow. This was one of our prettiest accommodations and I would highly recommend this apartment with views over the lake and Como.
We had a great stay in lake Como, the condo was very clean and large with a great view of the lake. Our host met us at check-in and walked us through the condo and explained all the ins and outs as well as provided local recommendations. He also helped me park our rental car in the garage which was helpful. This is a great location with a very attentive host!
Awesome spot overlooking lake peaceful patio to sit out and watch the boats and sunrise and sunset - comfortable outdoor furniture and shade inside well appointed clean comfy beds and pillows great location walkable to town on adorable quaint pedestrian way 10/10! Alexy helpful host to boot
So so happy to have found Alexey's place, felt right at home in the centre of Lake Como with stunning views, the interior is so thoughtfully designed and all amenities are hotel standard. Alexey was so kind and helped us a lot at check-in and check-out. I could not recommend enough and look forward to staying again when we come back to Lake Como!

• No smoking • No pets • No parties or events No smoking inside the apartment. No loud music / sound between 22:00 and 08:00. Please, keep noise down on the stairs at any time. The parking garage provided free of charge. It is located in a separate building 80m away from the apartment on the first floor. THE ACCESS TO THE FLOOR IS WITH A CAR LIFT!!! Max car dimensions - 1,9m x 4,9m. Max height - 1,85m. No responsibility is assumed for the car parked in the garage. Since 01/05/2013 the Municipality of Como has introduced the city-tax. The tax amount is 3€ per person per night for the maximum of 4 nights per stay and has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. According to local legislation, photo ID must be provided for every person (including children) at check-in and this information will be communicated to the Local police. If booking is made for 4 persons, additional set of linen for roll-out single bed (180 x 80 cm) in the second bedroom is not included in price and can be provided for the extra cost of 30 EUR per stay. Please, inform in advance. The maximum number of people (including children and infants), that can stay in the apartment is 7.
