Life is peaceful in this modern craftsman cabin on 5 acres. Enjoy the hot tub on a dark sky property. Play the studio upright Steinway. Listen to vinyl (or Bluetooth) on the proper audiophile stereo. Watch movies on the 80” projector. Enjoy 360 degree views of open desert and mountains on the porch with a sketch pad or a book. Enjoy the best part of Joshua Tree (the rural part). Leave worries and noise in town. Yucca, 29, and JTNP all 15-30 mins away, and you won't hear any of it from here.

This 5 acre property is unfenced to take advantage of the sweeping views. There is a hot tub, firepit and outdoor shower as well as a BBQ and outdoor dining area. We're out of town, so there's tons of stars and peace and quiet. True indoor/outdoor living.

No parties. Campfires only when it is CALM (not windy). Firewood not provided. MAX OCCUPANCY 2 adult guests and one child (there's only one queen bed, and the sleeper sofa is only acceptable for children, as it is only 4-feet away from main bed, with no walls or doors). Cabin NOT child-proofed. If there is excessive wear or staining and additional cleaning is necessary (including for the hot tub) the additional cleaning fee is $75. Smoking outside only, but please pick up your butts or you will be fined $200. Professional Photography and Filming allowed only with owner's permission and a location fee. If we discover that you shot on our property without telling us, we will ask for $1000/day location fee. So please ask before you film! This includes accounts belonging to social media influencers, sponsored social media posts, monetized YouTube, Snap chat or TikTok, student films, fashion shoots for small brands, commercials, music videos, etcetera so please give us the opportunity to work with you and ask permission first! Home is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a $150 fee.
