MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please note that the maximum occupancy of La Luna Cabin is 4 guests. This helps maintain a comfortable environment and ensures everyone's enjoyment during their stay. 2. NO SMOKING, PARTIES, OR EVENTS: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a peaceful environment. 3. HOUSE CARE & DAMAGES: We kindly request that you treat La Luna Cabin with the same respect as your own home. In the event of any accidental damage, please notify us promptly so that we can address it accordingly. 4. LINEN STAINS AND SELF-TANNING PRODUCTS: To maintain the quality of our linens, we kindly ask that no food or drink be consumed in the bedrooms. If you use self-tanning products, please use your own linens to avoid any staining. Additional charges may apply for any significant linen stains. 5. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Our property operates on a septic system, which can be sensitive. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet and dispose of sanitary napkins, tampons, paper towels, tissues, wipes, etc., in the trash can. 6. PARKING: We provide designated parking spaces for your vehicles. Unfortunately, on-street parking is not available. Please only park in the designated area during your stay. 7. RESPECTFUL NOISE LEVELS: We kindly ask that you respect our community and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the night and early morning hours. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. 8. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. All guests must comply with the house rules and regulations. 9. UTILITIES AND SERVICES: Please understand that temporary outages of utilities or services may occur. We do not offer compensation for any such outages. 10. CHECKOUT PROCEDURE: Before checking out, we kindly ask that you complete the checkout list provided to ensure a smooth departure process. 11. PET POLICY: La Luna Cabin is not pet-friendly. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. 12. VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES: Violation of any of the house rules will result in immediate vacation of the property. Guests will forfeit all rental funds and security deposit, and additional charges may apply. 13. LIABILITY AND INJURY: Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the premises and any invited guests. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. 14. FILMING AND PHOTOSHOOTS: Filming, photoshoots, or recording of any kind on the property require prior written consent from the owner and property manager. Violation of this agreement will result in immediate departure, forfeiture of remaining rental funds, security deposit, and potential additional charges. 15. UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES: The premises must not be used for any unlawful purposes. 16. LOST & FOUND: Lost & Found items are subject to a minimum return fee of $25 We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these additional rules.
