No extra or overnight visitors outside of your reservation. • No parties, events, or celebrations (including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays). • No mail deliveries unless arranged with us in advance. • Please do not move or rearrange furniture unless specified by the host. • Do not unplug any electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.). • Please respect and avoid disturbing neighbors. • Park only in the designated spaces provided. • No loud noise or music after 9 PM. ⚠️ Important Notes • Photo ID: A matching government-issued ID will be requested before check-in details are shared. • Allergies: If you’re sensitive to certain cleaning products or items, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs. • Toilets: To help prevent clogging 🚽, please avoid flushing excessive tissue or foreign items. We’ve had a few issues before, so we’d really appreciate your help keeping things running smoothly! 🧻 • Security Deposit: For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three 5-star reviews, or limited reservation history, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be required. • Please note: This building does not have an elevator.
