This penthouse was perfect! The interior is warm and modern. The expansive outdoor space is lovely and flexible (covered, not covered, gorgeous view, etc.) The interior looks better than the beautiful photos on the listing! Walkable to everything Manly has to offer! Will definitely be back!
This stay has everything you need. The location is perfect, the views really can't get any better and the apartment is quiet, well made and equipped. Two -car secure parking we learned quickly is a tremendous bonus, and the apartments security is modern and very thorough. Toni is a superb host and ensured our stay went smoothly, with lots of helpful tips and great communication. I recommend this fantastic place very highly and plan to return on our next trip.
Wake up to a gorgeous view! From the huge balcony and bedrooms - you can see the iconic Sydney ferries crisscrossing out from the wharf out into the Harbour, panning across to the white surf of Shelley beach and wider still across the blue Pacific coast. The website photos don’t do the views justice. The penthouse is brand new, beautifully fitted out for everything we needed - luxury appliances and furniture all the way through, big comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Even in mid-winter the rooms were always a good temperature without needing heating. The location is superb. It’s like staying at a resort: 10mins walk to golden Manly Beach - surfing, swimming, cycling, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, loads of gourmet restaurants, cool bars and shops. In the other direction it’s 10 mins walk to the stunning harbour side walk from Manly to Spit Bridge. There’s an ocean pool at Fairlight beach - this is a well kept local secret - you can swim laps in the sparkling clear harbour water while yachts and ferries pass by. We used both our own car and public transport while we were staying. There’s a double carspace in a secure carpark in the basement, a big bonus in a city like Sydney where parking can be tricky. Frequent bus services stop not far away and go into Manly (a 2 min bus ride) then it’s a quick hop onto the ferry for the spectacular harbour trip into the city to see the Opera House and all the sights. We booked to stay here for 10 days and when lockdown hit Sydney, I stayed on for 3 weeks in total, which tells you how good this place is. Our host Toni could not have been more thoughtful, helped us enormously under extraordinarily difficult circumstances and was quick to respond whenever we needed her help. We are incredibly grateful to her. Toni is a superstar host. If we could give the Penthouse more than five stars we would. When we come back to Sydney we will be staying here again.
This apartment was FANTASTIC!! The views were undeniably exceptional - overlooking both the bay, the heads and out to manly beach ocean. The property was immaculately clean with modern stylish new furnishing and everything you could need for a comfortable stay :-) We will definitely be staying again!

Can be split into singles (by request when booking only) • Both bedrooms and the living area open onto the balcony with wonderful district views over Manly from beach to Harbour and up to the Cardinal’s Palace. • The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. • Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and sink • Open plan living space opens to a large outdoor dining table and comfortable covered outdoor lounge area • Located on the border of Manly and Fairlight with public transport at your door, the apartment is a short walk to both Manly and Fairlight Villages • Double tandem parking is available onsite free of charge • Lift access to all floors with level access.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES are permitted at this property, or any other property we manage. Guests breaching this rule are liable to be evicted without refund immediately and are subject to additional cleaning charges. • All common areas of the property are monitored by CCTV 24/7. • No third-party bookings are allowed - this does not comply with AirBnb's or our rules. The person making the booking needs to be staying at the property unless organised with the host. • The number of guests staying cannot exceed the number in the reservation - unregistered guests will incur a surcharge of $100 per guest per night of the entire booking. • Please REMOVE high heels when walking on timber floors. • Please keep noise to a minimum but especially after 10pm. • Loud music will not be tolerated at any time (indoors or outdoors) • Please respect our property and abide by all rules. • Absolutely no smoking inside or outside this apartment. • No pets are allowed. • The fire sensors detect smoke in the kitchen/living areas - please follow the instructions at the property to avoid a call-out fee from the fire brigade. • Please separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of it in the correct bins. The building manager monitors the garbage room via CCTV. • Any damage to the property will be paid for from your bond.
