The Birdhouse is a custom tiny house located inside our fenced 2 acre property. The owners live in a separate housing unit on the same property. Furnished with a full kitchen, bathtub shower, and washer/dryer. There is a quirky and narrow stair up to the loft area where the memory foam queen mattress is located. There is a Roku TV, couch and dining/work table for 2.

I enjoyed my time at this charming tiny home. It felt safe, private and just what I needed. Toby was easy to communicate with and and provided clear instructions for checking out. I would stay here again. The stairs are definitely for the spry!
We had a great stay at Toby’s. Perfect space for two people. Was welcomed to the property by chickens, nice surprise. The dogs on the property are also so sweet and really add a homey vibe to the experience. Toby was very attentive and responded to anything I needed very quickly! If I ever come back to Eugene, I’ll have to book again. Thank you!
The Birdhouse is one of the most unique stays I’ve had. You are in the city but it feels like a rural retreat. Safe, peaceful and humming with good vibes, this was a welcome refuge after many days on the road.
Beautiful, tiny home on a private property! Felt very secure and relaxing- the gate added an extra level of security and the property was beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 big puppies that greet you when you arrive. The listing was as described and we had everything we needed. Toby was very helpful and communicative. We loved our visit and would love to stay here again
