One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the second has two double beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. This home is ideal for hosting two couples and an additional guest. Conveniently located near downtown Chicoutimi and just a 2-minute walk from a grocery store.

We loved this place! It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. As many have already mentioned, the pictures don't necessarily do it justice and the rooms are bigger than they seem. The riverfront location was fantastic for sunset views. I would stay here again and can recommend the listing to others! Thomas was also great with communication and very responsive when needed.
Maison chaleureuse avec un cachet ancien. Magnifique vue sur le Saguenay et tout près du centre-ville. Il y a plein de petites choses qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable comme l'accès à Netflix sur la télévision et le sapin de Noel pour souligner le temps des fêtes. Nous y sommes allés avec les enfants et toute la petite famille a été très comfortable. L'hôte est accessible et a su répondre à nos besoins.
