Please Do: • Enjoy yourself and make yourself at home. • Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-9:00 AM. • Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C is running. • Enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas. • Return games, beach gear, bikes and other provided items to where you found them. • Let us know if something breaks or needs attention-we understand things happen! Please Don’t: • No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home. • Pets are not permitted without prior approval and payment of pet fee. • Do not sit on indoor furniture while wet or leave wet towels/swimsuits on furniture or floors. • Please don't spray sunscreen inside the home. • Maximum overnight occupancy is 9 guests and all guests must be registered in advance of check-in. • No overnight street parking. • No group events to be hosted at property.
