This two bedroom Art Deco apartment has plenty of light and space for four guests. The stunning view from the living room will have you window gazing for hours. Take your bottle of wine across the road and watch the sunset over Manly. List of inclusions: • Freshly painted throughout with brand new furniture • Brand new bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity • Larger bedroom has a 2 Long Singles that can be set up as a King bed (please request when booking) • Second bedroom has a new Queen Bed (no room for a portacot in this room) • Kitchen includes an oven, gas hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, full size refrigerator etc and everything you need • Dining table for 4 people • Living room with comfortable new lounge and new Smart TV. • Harbour views • Private laundry and storeroom in rear courtyard • 2 sets of 8 stairs to front door of the apartment • Portacot with mattress protector and bottom sheet is available but you must provide everything else you need for your little one. A softer mattress can be requested but we cannot take responsibility for its use as it does not meet strict Australian standards. If you require parking, please let us know as we need to apply for a street permit (car registration details required).
