Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, an artist's studio with sleeper sofa, and a second full bath — all thoughtfully furnished and designed for relaxation. Much of the artwork and photography throughout the home was created by the property owner, adding a personal and authentic touch to the space. Step outside to enjoy ocean breezes on the patio or head out your front door for incredible shoreline walks. With Halibut Point State Park and Rockport’s Back Beach just a mile in either direction, you’re perfectly situated to explore all that the area has to offer.
