New 2026-LUXE

What a great house. Absolute perfect location. Minutes from anything you want and a quick 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Far enough from parkway where it is quiet during the day and evening but can get to the parkway within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

the photos didn’t do ENOUGH justice for how beautiful this place was! the hot tub was already heated upon arrival, the ac was on 68, and there was plenty of ice in the ice makers! the stay was beautiful and i will 100% be booking here again. you’re a 5 minute drive to the island, and everything is right around you! the only issue i had was the gps not wanting to take me to the correct location at times!

The home is immaculate. The home kitchen had all that we needed, and the upstairs ice maker came in handy. It’s a lovely open concept home. Have room was fun, also the board games. Hot tub was a hit for one of us. Too hot to try the sauna, but it looked inviting. Kudos for the coffee bar/espresso machine was a gift, with syrups. Make sure you bring creamer, or milk if you want to froth. Beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect get a birthday celebration. Close to so many things. Shopping, experiences, and restaurants/grocery. I’ll look forward to going back once the community is finished. Thanks!

Rylee was a great host! The house was absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice… it had everything that we needed and more! It was clean, well put together and the amenities were amazing. The location was in the middle of all the local attractions making it easy to find places to eat and things to do… we will definitely be staying again!!
