Ensure garbage bag does not drip (double bag?) before moving it from the kitchen and across the carpet out the door! • DO NOT FEED OR ENCOURAGE THE COCKATOOS - they're eating the timber windows. • NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED at this property.
