Welcome to your Ocean Isle Beach getaway! This spacious 1,700-square-foot villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, making it an ideal choice for families and groups traveling together. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and features two king beds, two queen beds, and two full beds. Fresh linens are included, and every bed will be made and ready for your arrival, so you can begin relaxing as soon as you walk through the door.

With plenty of room to sleep 12, our Villa includes 2 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds. The Master Bedroom includes one king bed. The attached master bath includes dual vanity sinks with a jetted tub/shower combo. The second master bedroom includes one king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 includes one queen, one full bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 has one queen bed and one full bed with an attached bathroom with shower. We have made some significant upgrades in 2026 including: Remodeled kitchen New stainless refrigerator (w/ dual ice makers) New stainless microwave New stainless stove New patio furniture Each rental includes all linens, bath towels, washcloths and a starter pack including toiletries, laundry and dishwashing detergents.

Renters signing this rental agreement are required to be responsible adults 25 years in age or older and occupy the rental property for the duration of the rental period. If the renters signing this agreement are found to be younger than 25 years of age, your reservation will be cancelled immediately. Check-in time is 4:00pm on the first day of your reservation. You may go straight to the villa when you arrive. Your code to access the Villa is the last 4 digits of your phone number on your reservation. Your code will not be active until 4pm on the day of your checkin. If upon arrival, you discover any problems with the property, please notify us immediately. During your stay, report any non-emergency problems to us. All issues will be attended to promptly. There is no land-line house phone. Guests are responsible to use their own cell phones. No pets of any kind are allowed in the rental property. If a pet is discovered on the premises, occupancy will be terminated with no refund. No smoking in the villa or on the outside patio. No house parties in the villa or on the outside decks. Should a house party occur, occupancy will be terminated. Under no circumstances should there be more than 12 overnight occupants. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of occupancy with no refund. Pillows, bedspreads, and some extra blankets are provided. Linens (washcloths, bath towels, hand towels and bed linens) are provided for all rentals. We recommend that you bring extra pillows or blankets if desired. A starter pack of toiletries, laundry and dishwashing detergents is included in each rental. The unit has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 2 Full Beds. The locked closet is property of the owner and is not to be entered. The annual garbage calendar is posted in the instruction book in the villa Please check for the latest pickup days (they change during the year.) The garbage containers must be placed at the street the night before the pickup day. Fireworks are not legal in North Carolina. This ordinance is enforced and violators are subject to a $500 fine. Parking for this unit is designated by the letter “A” on the building over the far right parking bay. You may only park under this building in this parking bay, or directly in line with this parking bay, on the parking pad. There is no parking on the street. Per HOA rules, no mobile sleeping units, such as campers, may be used at the villa for sleeping, cooking or any purpose other than transportation. Boat trailers are not permitted to be stored in the parking spaces for the unit per HOA rules. If a boat trailer is discovered on the premises, occupancy will be terminated with no refund. EV charging is not permitted under the building, per HOA rules. Golf carts are permitted to be charged under the building. If you lock yourself out of the unit, please message us and we will attempt to assist with our secondary lock box. If we cannot be reached, it is the renter’s responsibility to contact a locksmith and the renter will be responsible for the locksmith payment. We will do our best to keep all equipment in good repair. Upon check-in or during your stay, if you discover anything not in working order, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible. There will be no rebates given due to the malfunctioning of appliances, air conditioning, televisions or any other equipment or services, including wireless high-speed internet service. We will do our best to correct any issue that could arise as promptly as possible. There are two pool cards in the unit that will provide you with access to the pool, including the private beach access. Should any of these cards be lost, or not present during the inspection after your departure, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each card not present. Early arrival and late departure will be accommodated based on availability. No more than 2 hours prior to check-in or 2 hours post check-out will be accommodated. Early check-in/check-out may incur an additional fee.
