Justin was a great host. He was the most responsive host we've ever worked with. Every time I reached out, he responded within minutes. The place was everything we'd hoped for. Immaculate, convenient, super private and full of big and little touches. Every single aspect of the unit, from the towels to the coffee setup to the smart TV to the ultra modern smart appliances to the dishes, pots, and silverware to the bed and bedding to the fabulous shower to the heated bathroom mirror that didn't fog was amazing! I could go on. Oh, I forgot the back yard...I loved sitting out there among the trees. We'd go back there in a heartbeat.
I absolutely loved staying at Justin’s place! I was impressed with the “smart” tech and vibe he’s created. It’s a great mix of modern, cozy, and functional - the perfect setup for a short stay, or even long term if needed. Justin was super helpful when I had questions and proactive. I really appreciated the private entrance even though it’s part of the home, it feels very separate. The patio, lights, and snacks were top tier! I will be back!
My partner and I had the loveliest stay at Justin’s Airbnb. The space is so intentionally designed with both comfort and aesthetics prioritized— it was so easy to relax and feel at home after our long drive. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. I can’t recommend Justin’s space enough!
Justin’s Airbnb was an amazing stay. The place was super clean, comfortable, and honestly felt like a 5-star hotel. Everything was well put together and made the stay really enjoyable. Outfitted with luxurious organic cotton sateen bedding, Turkish cotton towels, organic long staple cotton bath robes, Malin+Goetz shower essentials, and a pour-over coffee station stocked with fresh, local, boutique coffee. Equipped with top-of-the-line induction stove + microwave, full size bespoke fridge, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, a dining area that comfortably seats six, and high end furniture and finishes throughout. Integrated smart tech allows you to adjust the lighting and temperature with simple voice commands or the provided iPad. Outdoors, you’ll find resort-like landscaping and lighting, a dedicated patio and seating for two, and a larger, shared patio with seating for 5 and a grill outfitted with all necessary bbq essentials. Entertainment: The studio features a Smart TV ready for you to log into your favorite streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Please note that traditional cable TV and local network channels are not provided. Privacy & Layout Note: Guests enjoy a private entrance equipped with a secure smart lock for seamless self-check-in. Please note that this private unit connects to the main house via a shared hallway and laundry area, ensuring a peaceful but connected stay.
• No smoking • No parties or events • Our yard is not fenced. Dogs must be supervised and leashed at all times when outdoors. • Strict Lawn Policy: Pets are not permitted to urinate on the grass. Please guide your dog to the designated doggy restroom located across the shared patio for all bathroom breaks. • Please clean up pet waste immediately and dispose of in the outdoor bin located at the bottom of the walkway. • Guests must use the provided pet towels for wet/dirty paws and the provided pet blankets if pets are allowed on furniture/beds. These can be found in the studio closet. Guests are responsible for any deep cleaning or damage caused by pets. Please let us know right away if an accident happens so we can treat it properly! For stays of 28 nights or longer, guests are required to sign a standard Short-Term Rental Agreement and provide government ID verification prior to check-in.
