Sleeping Arrangements The Schulenburg Ranch Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, with multiple sleeping options that give larger groups flexibility in how they spread out. Primary Sleeping Areas Bedroom 1: King Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds (Sleeps 4) Bedroom 3:Two Full Beds — ideal for 2–4 guests, depending on your group’s sleeping preferences Loft Bunk Area: Sleeps 3 Additional Sleeping Options For larger groups, the home also includes: Full Sofa Sleeper (Sleeps 1) Raised Queen Air Mattress (Sleeps 2) Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, regardless of available sleeping arrangements. Additional guest fees apply for reservations exceeding 4 guests. This flexible layout works especially well for multi-generational families, reunions, church retreats, and group getaways. Flexible Arrival & Departure Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request, depending on our booking and cleaning schedule. If your travel plans require a little extra time, feel free to ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your group. Clean & Well Maintained The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. Starter Supplies We provide generous starter quantities of household essentials for your arrival. For larger groups or longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional consumable supplies based on their individual needs. Authentic Texas Country Living Our ranch sits on 27 natural acres in the heart of Texas. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional insects, wildlife, and the natural sights and sounds of country living are part of the ranch experience. Our pond aerator operates to help maintain the health of the pond and fish and may be heard from portions of the property. We intentionally preserve the property’s natural grasses, mature trees, pond, and rural landscape to maintain its authentic Texas ranch character rather than a manicured resort setting. Water & Utilities The home is supplied by a private well with a water softening system, providing clean, fresh water throughout your stay. The property also operates on a private septic system. Please flush only toilet paper and avoid disposing of wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, or other non-flushable items. Safety Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. Children should always be supervised outdoors, especially near the pond and throughout the property due to natural terrain.
