We had an epic birthday celebration at this unique and beautifully appointed home! The thoughtful décor added to the delight of our adventuring, and the house was spotless, welcoming, and full of little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard hot tub was the perfect spot to relax. During our trip we also loved visiting the St. Augustine Distillery (and left with some yummy spirits), enjoyed the quirky fun of the Capybara Café, and found the neighboring Brisky’s BBQ with its delicious brisket and turkey—perfect for takeout on the back deck. A wonderful place to celebrate and make memories—highly recommend!
Amazing getaway for our annual holiday celebration. If you are considering with your significant other don’t walk run to Hidden Honey Homes. From the constant communication and quick responses from our hosts to one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in my life to themed adult experience rooms. This location beyond exceeded our expectations. We literally did not want to leave an extended for another night. Can’t wait to look into booking the NC location. This exciting house made for the perfect weekend getaway. We stayed for two nights, but had a hard time leaving because there was so much to do there and my fiance said this made for the best birthday ever! We really enjoyed how spacious and modern the house was. I felt like we were in a new home with all new appliances. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The location was easy to find and close to all the tourist attractions. Even though the house was close to the main roads and downtown, we still felt like it is quiet enough. It was easy to Uber places. I loved the vanity with remote controlled lights. Thank you for having detergent for the laundry. I always forget that. The spacious bathrooms and showers were greatly appreciated. The soft, faux fur throw blankets were the best. I have one ordered now. The bluetooth speaker sounded very rich snd full. The porch swing and rocking chairs were appreciated as well. No complaints at all. Highly recommended and will be back.

We created this home to be more than just a place to stay. It's a place where couples can disconnect from everyday routines, reconnect with each other, and make memories they'll talk about long after the trip is over.
This is an adult house, minimum age to book is 25. You are responsible for anyone entering the home while on your stay. Your booking serves as your confirmation of understanding and agreement and consent to abide by these rules. If found in violation of any of these rules after check-in without written approval for an exception, you will be immediately removed from the property with no refund and your security deposit will be retained. Check-in is 4 p.m. EST and check-out is 10am EST. No exceptions for early check-ins or late checkouts, as this time frame is necessary to allow our dedicated cleaning crew to thoroughly prepare the house for the subsequent guests. There will be a $500 fee for late check outs (unless explicitly agreed upon by host) Due to the distinctive character of our house, it is imperative to emphasize our rigorous cleaning protocols. A clean house is our number one priority. We encourage you to care for the house as if it were your own home. If you happen to spoil or dirty any part of it during your stay, please take a moment to clean it. It's important to note that the cleaning fee covers the sanitization and preparation of the house for the next guests and is not intended for addressing bodily fluids. Any additional cleaning required due to a messy departure will incur an extra cleaning fee. Kindly dispose of all birth control items in the waste bin, do not flush them down the toilet. NO PARTIES/large gatherings, loud noise/shouting and no loud music. Property rental is for up to 2 guests. No one other than the guests listed in on your booking are allowed inside the property. Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the house or on the porch/deck. If smoking on the property, please clean up after yourself. If smoking is detected inside the house or on the porch/deck, there will be a $2,000 fine. No open flames inside the house. BYOT: Please make sure to pack any personal intimate items. We provide the ambiance, and you bring the excitement. This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises of its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. • Absolutely no climbing on or jumping off trees and house. Parking: 2 vehicles. Parking is NOT allowed on the side of the road or on the area across the road from the driveway. No trailers, commercial vehicles, boats, recreational vehicles shall be parked on the premises. No tents or campers are allowed on the property. Guests must evacuate from the short-term vacation rental upon posting of any evacuation order issued by local, state, or federal authorities. Please respect the neighborhood. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If something is damaged or broken please notify host. Damage repairs will be billed at $85/hr for labor, $50/hour for travel time Content Creation Policy To preserve the privacy, exclusivity, and aesthetic of Hidden Honey Homes, all content creation (including but not limited to photography, videography, or live streaming intended for social media, promotional use, or monetized platforms) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from management. Unauthorized content creation may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. To request permission, please contact us in advance with details of your intended shoot. Content Creation Policy To preserve the privacy, exclusivity, and aesthetic of Hidden Honey Homes, all content creation (including but not limited to photography, videography, or live streaming intended for social media, promotional use, or monetized platforms) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from management. Unauthorized content creation may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. To request permission, please contact us in advance with details of your intended shoot. Reservations are nontransferable. The person listed as the renter has to be present or the reservation is canceled without refund. Garbage Schedule: • Mondays and Thursdays Hot Tub Rules for Our Vacation Rental To ensure your safety and the longevity of our hot tub, please follow these rules: 1. Health & Safety: Shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Do not enter the hot tub if you have open wounds, infectious diseases, or recently consumed alcohol or drugs. Pregnant individuals, young children, and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use. 2. Usage Guidelines: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy ( people). Limit sessions to 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating. No diving, jumping, or rough play in or around the hot tub. 3. Temperature Settings: Do not adjust the temperature above 104°F (40°C). Ensure the cover is securely replaced when the tub is not in use. 4. Prohibited Items: No glassware—use provided plastic cups for beverages. Avoid using oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the hot tub. Do not place food or other items on the hot tub edge. 5. Maintenance & Cleaning: Please notify us immediately if the hot tub appears dirty or malfunctions. Do not tamper with the filters, heater, or other equipment. Replace the cover after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness. 6. Respect Quiet Hours: Be mindful of neighbors by adhering to quiet hours. 7. Additional Charges: Excessive cleaning, damage, or improper use may result in additional fees. Sauna Rules for Our Vacation Rental To ensure a safe and enjoyable sauna experience, please follow these guidelines: 1. Health & Safety: Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or other medical concerns. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Avoid the sauna if you are feeling unwell, dehydrated, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 2. Preparation: Shower and dry off before entering the sauna. Remove all jewelry, as metal can become very hot. Bring a towel to sit on to protect the wood and for personal comfort. 3. Usage Guidelines: Limit sessions to 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating. Take breaks and rehydrate with water before and after using the sauna. Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity (4 people). 4. Safety Precautions: Do not touch or tamper with the heating elements. Keep water usage on sauna rocks minimal to prevent excessive steam and heat. Avoid bringing flammable items or materials into the sauna. 5. Prohibited Items: No food, beverages, or glassware inside the sauna. Do not apply oils, lotions, or other substances that could damage the sauna or create a hazard. 6. After Use: Turn off the sauna and allow it to cool down completely after use. Leave the door slightly open to allow air circulation and prevent moisture buildup. 7. Quiet Hours: Be mindful of others by adhering to quiet hours if using the sauna late at night. 8. Additional Charges: Damage or misuse of the sauna may result in additional fees. Property Protection/Management Fee Every reservation includes a Property Protection & Guest Care Fee built into your booking. This allows us to quickly replace everyday household items (such as broken glassware or stained linens), cover forgotten item shipping, and resolve minor accidental damage without charging guests after checkout. Significant or intentional damage may still be subject to additional charges in accordance with Airbnb policies.
