Stunning Penthouse Apartment with Views Over Park

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Collaroy. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location close to the beach, cafes, and shops. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Northern Beaches lifestyle.

We had an excellent experience staying at this 3-bedroom penthouse in Collaroy! The apartment is spacious, bright, and stylishly furnished — great for families or groups. The high ceilings and open-plan living area made it feel even bigger, and the views over the golf course, park and ocean were a lovely bonus. The self-check-in with keypad made arrival easy and stress-free. The host was communicative, and everything was seamless from start to finish.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible penthouse apartment! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located on a quiet street opposite a beautiful park, it was also just a short stroll to fantastic cafés and, the best pies around! Access was simple and secure, with a convenient code entry system leading to off-street, secure parking. The elevator took us to the second floor, where we entered through a small, private courtyard into the apartment itself. We used two of the three bedrooms, both of which were well-stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area provided the perfect space to cook, relax, and unwind. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, offering far more space and value than what you might find in Manly for the same price. The management team was excellent—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Toni's property and it was so convenient for our purpose of travel. We attended a wedding across the road and had family staying in multiple properties in the area. Very close and perfectly located close to the Long Reef Golf Club. Easy walking to the beach, parks, cafes. Generally a beautiful area to relax and unwind in a picturesque setting. We parked the car and only drove when we needed to go outside Collaroy. Toni's home is exactly as described and pictured, keypad entry made for so much ease instead of needing to carry the small fob if ducking out quickly. The home waste tastefully furnished and included more than we needed for starting supplies but everything had been considered right down to coat hangers and pegs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy making memories.
