Beach Colony W3C

Beach Colony W3C, as we know it

Beach Colony W3C is on the third floor of the West Tower at Beach Colony Resort, the quiet end of Perdido Key, and it is right on the sand. The primary suite has a new king, balcony access, a double-sink bath with a jetted tub that looks at the Gulf and a separate shower; the guest room has two queens. The table seats six, the kitchen bistro two more, and the balcony takes dinner outside with an ocean breeze. The resort has three pools (two outdoor, one indoor and heated), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, grills and a gated entrance; the condo has assigned covered parking and keyless entry. Zero road noise, a wide uncrowded beach, and the Naval Aviation Museum, Lost Key golf, the Foley outlets and The Wharf within half an hour.

A note from Renee and Val

We have owned and looked after our own vacation homes since 2006, first at the beach and then in the Smokies, and we still answer the phone ourselves. What we promise is simple: a home that looks like its photos, the things you need already there, and the kind of care you would give family. If you need anything before or during your stay, you will hear from one of us.
