This Lanesville mid-century modern home is all about light, open space, and fantastic views from nearly every room and window onto the Ipswich Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Vaulted ceiling open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace, stone hearth, a large comfy window seat, deck for dining, and ocean views throughout.
Our fully stocked kitchen is designed for serious cooking and entertaining-- with two sinks, two ovens, high end appliances, bamboo cabinetry and a stainless steel/granite island. There is also a beautiful kitchen nook, complete with a built-in desk that has an expansive view of the sea-- not a bad place to work remotely, if one must!
The dining area's sliding glass doors open onto the deck with have another clear view of the ocean. On the deck, you'll find more outdoor spaces for sea view dining and lounging.
The primary master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, water views, a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tiled shower with a sea view. On the same floor, there is a second office/bedroom with a built-in, spacious desk, bookshelves, and a newly installed Murphy bed with a new full sized, comfortable hybrid mattress. There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door.
The first floor family suite includes more spectacular water views with: another queen bedroom, a large family/TV room with wifi for streaming, a second fireplace, a second full bath with a deep tub/shower, a laundry area, granite wet bar with a second dishwasher and mini fridge, ample closets and storage, sliding glass doors onto two stone patio areas, a gas grill, an outdoor couch and dining area, and a large lawn and gardens--all with .
On the third floor of the home, you will find a sweet upper roof deck/lookout, perfect for more sunsets, morning coffee, cocktails, cool breezes.

Guests will enjoy having the entire single family home, yard, gardens and grounds all to themselves. There are up to 5 parking spots and ample spaces to safely park bikes, beach chairs, and other water related equipment.
Just steps down the short drive, guests will find themselves at the ocean's edge, for gazing, walking along the rocks, swimming in the open sea. Just a short walk further you will find the charming Lanes Cove Harbor.

The maximum number of guests is 6 people. Renters must be at least 30 years old to rent (ID required). Suitable for kids 10 yrs and up.
The premises shall be used solely for residential purposes. No commercial activity is permitted.
3. Prohibited Activities
No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
Parties, events, or gatherings with people other than contracted guests not allowed.
Use of open flames, including candles and incense, is not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
4. Property Care
Guest agrees to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and to report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Guest will be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse, carelessness, negligence or rule violations.
All trash and recycling must be disposed of in designated bins, as outlined in the Welcome Guide.
5. Safety & Security
Guest agrees to secure all doors and windows as noted in welcome guide when the property is unoccupied.
Use of the property amenities is at the Guest’s own risk. The Host shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
6. Enforcement & Termination
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and may subject Guest to additional charges.
