Palms Place

The photos do not do justice to this gorgeous place and the highlight for us was the big terrace with the lush trees. The inside was just as pristine too! Would love to return.

This place was incredible. The house has that perfect Venice energy — bright, calm, and effortlessly stylish. The natural light throughout the space is amazing, which made it perfect for filming and photography. Every room feels thoughtfully designed and very comfortable to spend time in. The location is also ideal. You’re close to everything you want in Venice but the house still feels peaceful and private. It was easy to walk around, grab coffee, explore the neighborhood, and come back to a really relaxing space. The host was great to work with and everything about the stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, well kept, and exactly as described. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in Venice — whether for a relaxing trip or creative work like we did — I would absolutely recommend this home. I’d happily stay here again.

What an amazing stay! So peaceful but near to everything in Venice/OceanPark/Santa Monica. I truly didn't want to leave. The place is magical. Fantastic deck surrounded by nature. Stylish digs. One of the best finds in Los Angeles. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The Palms Place hosted by Ecoboutiquehomes is an amazing place. We stayed there for a month and had such a great time. It is conveniently located next to the Lincoln Boulevard and Rose Avenue from where you can quickly get anywhere you want: the beach, abundance of restaurants and small shops at the Abbot Kinney boulevard, Santa Monica pier and the promenade, etc. It is also at the very end of a private street which means there is no through traffic. Right next to the place there is also a golf field, multiple parks which makes it really nice and easy to walk around. The place itself is great too! You have a nice private patio, plenty of room, super clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed during our stay!
