My family and I had an amazing stay at Eric’s place! It was 4 of us - myself, my wife, and our 2 year old and 5 month old. The house was immaculate upon arrival and was the perfect space for us. We enjoyed the fire pit each night, and the outdoor shower was perfect for after our beach days. The fenced in yard was also much appreciated by our 2 year old!! The location can’t be beat, walking distance to downtown and Schoolhouse ice cream, and just a 3 minute drive to the amazing Red River Beach. Eric was an incredible host, super responsive and helpful, making an amazing suggestion of visiting Mayflower beach at sunset! We had an amazing week and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
Stayed here for my wedding weekend at Wychmere and it could not have been better! Such a peaceful, clean, nice space. The girls all had plenty of space to relax and get ready for the wedding, and the outdoor area is amazing! We also loved how close it is to Wychmere, Brax, and downtown Harwich port. Eric was a great host, super flexible and responsive as well! Highly recommend booking a stay here :)
This was the perfect house for a weekend away with friends. Eric was very responsive and gave detailed instructions which was great. The house was very clean with everything you need! It was a beautiful yard and quiet neighborhood with a nice back yard which had a large fire pit to relax by. We also loved how convenient it was to downtown Harwichport as well which we walked to each day! Thank you Eric for everything!
We had a relaxing yet adventurous week at this beautiful beach retreat and highly recommend this house to future renters! The mid-cape location is ideal, immediately clear the owners keep the place VERY neat and tidy. Kitchen is simple yet has all the necessary items to make cooking easy (remember to bring all the items you will need, guests asked not to leave behind anything after their stay). Living room is comfortably simple, and we enjoyed the board games the house has to offer (you know it's a successful week when you don't turn on the TV, but it's a nice option for a family movie night/rainy day). Bedrooms are simple yet comfortable and quiet, we enjoyed having an easily accessible washer/dryer. Great peaceful patio space- we grilled and ate outside most nights, enjoyed S'mores on the gas fire pit, and the beach chairs/toys/games in the patio box were a true convenience. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and are grateful to have had the opportunity. Thank you so much, Eric!

Turn outdoor hanging lights off by unplugging from outdoor outlet. • AC needs to be on AUTO. PLEASE KEEP AT 71/72 degrees to avoid the outages.
