Beach and pool toys are provided. We also have baby gear available. If you have any specific requests, please ask!

About the Property

Our property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and

Four bedrooms and three full baths (two bedrooms with private en suite baths).

1 king room with private en suite and jacuzzi tub (the “King Room”)

1 queen room with private en suite that can also serve as a cabana bath opening to pool area (the “Palm Room”)

1 queen room with sliding doors to patio (private with black out curtains) (the “Sun Room”)

1 twin room, with two twin beds, each with trundles (4 twin mattresses total) (“Twin Room”)

Comfortable living room with comfortable couches and large Roku TV. There is also a leather couch near the dining room table and coffee bar for easy conversation.

Multiple outdoor areas for relaxing, including a hammock and hammock chairs in the backyard, couches and tables beneath the palms, and a screened porch overlooking the pool for outdoor meals.

We also have a brand new side patio seating area just through the living room's French doors, where you can enjoy your coffee or beverage and watch rocket launches over the palms!

There is an outdoor shower for pool/beach cleanup.

Check-In & Check-Out Instructions

1. Check-In Time : 4:00 PM
2. Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
3. Please follow the self-check-in process using the lockbox code provided prior to your stay.
4. Before check-out, kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins and ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.

Things to Note

1. Parking : Driveway parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park in the garage.
2. Pets : We are pet-friendly, for dogs up to 30 lbs! Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a furry friend!
3. Noise Policy: We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following rules:

1. Check-In/Out:

   • Check-In: After 4:00 PM

   • Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM

   • Late check-out: Subject to availability and prior approval. Fees may apply.

   Booking Requirements:

   • Minimum age to rent: 21 (Valid ID required at booking)

   • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, strictly enforced.

   Children & Pool Safety:

   • Children allowed: Ages 0-17 (adult supervision required at all times).

   • Pool Use: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

   • Children must never be left unattended in or around the pool.

   • No diving, running, or rough play near the pool area.

   • Pool safety equipment is provided and must not be tampered with.

   • Glass items are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

   By booking this property, guests acknowledge the pool area poses inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their safety and that of any minors in their group. Absolutely no standing, jumping, or diving from the pool pillars (this will result in immediate cancellation with no refund).

   Pets:

   • Pet Policy: One dog under 25 lbs allowed with prior approval.

   • Provide breed and weight with booking request.

   • Must be house-trained and well-behaved.

   • No aggressive breeds or excessive barking allowed (per local rules).

   • Pets must never be left unattended on the property.

   • BIO HAZARD FEE (INCLUDING PET WASTE NOT REMOVED FROM THE YARD) WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING FEE.

   Smoking/Vaping:

   • Strictly NO smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products anywhere inside the property.

   • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

   • Evidence of smoking indoors (odor, ashes, burns) will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

   General House Rules:

   • No events, parties, or unregistered guests.

   • No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.

   • Do not block or tamper with exterior security cameras (this will result in immediate cancellation with no refund).

   • Maximum stay: 28 days.

   Guest Responsibilities & Liability:

   • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.

   • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.

   • Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and must comply with all posted pool and property rules.

   • By booking this property, guests agree to indemnify the homeowner against any injury, loss, or damage incurred during their stay, including pool-related incidents.

Additional Guidelines

1. Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycling in appropriate containers.
2. Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property.

Safety & Security

1. Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your party.
2. In case of emergency, contact 911 first, then notify us.
3. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations.

Violation of these rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
