Absolutely no parties allowed - that's what Manly pubs are for! A $500 fee along with additional cleaning and damage charges will be claimed from your bond. Breaking this rule will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refund provided. . No pets allowed . Please remove your shoes at the door especially high heels as they damage timber floors . Third-party bookings are not allowed ie the person making the booking needs to be staying at the property unless otherwise agreed with the host.
