Wright House Retreat

This home felt more like a second property owned by a family member than your typical Airbnb. It has personal touches, such as artwork painted by the owner, and convertible furniture that made us feel welcomed right when we walked in. The architecture for this home is unique centerpiece that should be celebrated. The property is peaceful and welcoming and is a great location to unwind and reconnect.

This was the second time we stayed in this house and it did not disappoint! Peter was extremely communicative - we were there earlier than we thought we'd be, and he said that if the cleaners were there we could just drop off the luggage. That was extremely helpful because we had our dog and needed to pick up groceries, so being able to leave the luggage freed up some space in the car :) This truly is a one-of-a-kind, special place. The kids and dog LOVE the yard and creek. The porch provides amazing views, and it's nice having a screened-in option as well. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Anything we wanted to do (hiking, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities) were within a 20-min drive, maximum. If you're looking for something fun to do with kids, I highly recommend the Highlands Outpost! The kids also enjoyed picking berries at Sharp's Berry Farm, and if you're a fan of tomatoes, go see "The Tomato Guy" at the Sinclair gas station on the way to Highlands.

Our Family loved the home. Location was excellent, view and property was great, artwork, fireplace and architectural features fantastic! Great memories were made. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely wonderful house! The architecture is a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style with floor to ceiling windows and a huge deck overlooking beautiful trees and an amazing viewof the mountains. The interior is full of beautiful artwork. The house had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing, stress free stay. Peter was the perfect host... excellent pre-arrival information and very caring assistance. Can’t say enough about this place. It is a must stay!!!
