We had a wonderful stay! The location in Egg Harbor was amazing. close to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adis was also very communicative and made the entire experience easy. We would absolutely stay here again!
Loved the location, how clean the unit was, and how private and quiet it was despite being in downtown Egg Harbor. The condo is right off the main highway and the location is extremely walkable to downtown shops, eateries, and a small harbor. The shower has plenty of hot water and since we stayed for a few days having a washer/dryer unit was helpful. The condo is a 2 bed and would be a good option for couples as each bedroom has its own private bath and the kitchen is large enough for four. The deck area view is off to the back of the property (mainly trees). It was nice to dine out on the deck and enjoy some of the cool evening breeze. You do have the option to park outside the building (quite safe and private) or in an inside garage spot. Since Enterprise gave us a huge van in an upgrade, parking inside would have been tight for us but it should work if you a mid-size SUV or smaller. Do be careful pulling out as you cross a busy sidewalk when exiting. All was good!
We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described, spotless, and fully equipped. We found the apartment modern, yet cozy. Perfectly located in the center of picturesque Egg Harbor. The hosts were proactive, clear, and professional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
We had a great experience! The condo was in a perfect location and easily walkable to Egg Harbor restaurants and shops. I have sensitivity to scents and this condo was VERY sensitivity-friendly. The towels and linens has a neutral scent and the soaps provided were very mild. If you are sensitive like me, this is the spot for you! The condo was clean, tidy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom mirror was lighted and perfect for makeup application. I would stay here again.

Community: Egg Harbor Condo Size: • 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom/Sleeps 4 comfortably but can sleep up to 6 with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room Parking: There is 1 garage parking space and 1 outdoor parking space in a private parking lot labeled #304. We can only accommodate up to 2 regular-sized vehicles. The space DETAILS • Split AC Unit • Washer/Dryer • Exterior Patio/Entertainment Space • Large Smart TVs in all bedrooms • Fresh Towels/Linens • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Brand-New Stainless-Steel Appliances • Washcloths/sheets/linens provided • Family Room with 55" Flat Screen TV • Hair Dryers, Iron & Ironing Board • Pack 'n play/ Highchair (Free Upon Request) • Spectacular scenery regardless of season! BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Closet with Hangers, 55inch smart TV (streaming only) Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, Closet with Hangers, 55inch smart TV (streaming only) Additional Bed - Living room sleeper sofa: Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed AMENITIES: Nespresso Coffee Maker and a drip coffee maker. A starter amount of coffee pods and grounds is provided free of charge. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers. Board games are provided for entertainment BBQ Grill: Electric Grill - We do charge a $75 fee to use the grill with a 48-hour notice. STARTER SUPPLIES: •We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, and basic kitchen cleaning supplies. • Please stop by the nearest store to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Main Street Market - (0.2miles)) HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: There is a large trash and recycling bin directly across from the building entrance in the parking lot. You may place bagged trash in these bins as needed. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED WITH when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning. HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY: The condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator for guests, as well as stairs leading to the condo entrance. • Only 21+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. • We inspect our property before and after every guest. Any décor, towels, inventory missing, broken or damaged to the property may lead to loss of deposit and fine depending on the value of the item or damage. • Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) and all guests entering the resort must be registered. Discovery of unregistered/unapproved guests staying overnight will lead to an $100 charge. • Additional guests not registered may stay overnight for an extra $25.00 ONLY with host approval. • A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed. • Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. • Unapproved late checkout may result in a fee of up to 1 night's rent plus taxes and fees. • Only bagged trash may be thrown into the valet bench waste bin. Discovery of loose trash in the bin may lead to a fine of $50. • Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. The only grill allowed is the electric grill in which we provide. Discovery of usage of your own propane or charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • The house will be set at between 69-72 degrees. • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property, only smoking and vaping is only allowed on the patio. Discovery of any smell of smoking or vaping inside the property may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • Any stained/damaged towels (Dirt, make-up, blood, food etc.) Will be charged $25.00 per towel. We provide dark face towels for make-up. PETS: We do not allow pets at this time. SHOES: We prefer using slippers (there are some provided) if needed during your stay, as this is a new property. Ideally, no outdoor shoes shall be worn throughout the condo.
