LOCATION: The apartment is located in the center of Vicenza, 5 minutes north of the Basilica Palladiana and Piazza dei Signori, along the Bacchiglione river. NEED TO KNOW: ❥ Starter supplies for up to one week provided. Guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out. ❥ For your security, we have a camera at the front entrance door. ❥ Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video included. Please use your own logins for other apps. If the logins have been removed, please feel free to reach out to get them logged in again.

➟ To comply with Article 109 of the TULPS (Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza, Italy’s Consolidated Public Security Act), all guests staying overnight at the property must be enumerated on the reservation. We partner with Chekin, a third-party service, to collect identity documents for guest registration, as well as a security deposit. ➟ Up to two additional guests may enter the unit only with advance coordination and explicit host authorization and they must depart before quiet hours of 23:00. Any unregistered/unauthorized guests entering the rental unit will result in a penalty of €25 per person, per entry. Only the guests registered on the reservation (maximum of 2) are permitted to stay the night at any time. ➟ Please do not use towels or bedsheets for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain. ➟ Smoking or vaping anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking or of tampering with our specialized smoke/vape detectors in the unit will incur a non-negotiable fee that can exceed 500€ fee for overtime cleaning costs, scheduling disruptions, and claim processing. ➟ We are happy to welcome pets with a pet fee. However, pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be walked at least once a day. Guests must clean up after pets both inside the home and when walking them outside. Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover any additional cleaning necessary due to the presence of pets.
