House Rules 1. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior written approval has been granted. • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. • Guests must ensure the property is secured at departure. 2. Occupancy • Only registered guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. • Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. • Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. 3. Noise & Quiet Hours • Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (or as required by local ordinance). • Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. • Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 4. Smoking • Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property. • If smoking is allowed outdoors, guests must dispose of waste properly. • Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees. 5. Pets • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing. • Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation of the stay and/or additional cleaning charges. • Approved pets must not be left unattended unless crated. 6. Cleanliness & Care of Property • Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition. • Furniture and décor should not be moved without permission. • Any spills, stains, or damage must be reported promptly. • Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in additional charges. 7. Damage & Liability • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. • Accidents and maintenance issues must be reported immediately. • The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or personal items left behind. 8. Safety & Security • Do not tamper with safety equipment (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, cameras, etc.). • Open flames (candles, fireworks, etc.) are not permitted unless explicitly allowed. • Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 9. Prohibited Activities • Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited. • Commercial photography, filming, or business use of the property requires prior approval. 10. Utilities & Appliances • Please use utilities responsibly. • Turn off lights, appliances, and climate control when not in use. • Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly. 11. Trash & Recycling • Dispose of trash in designated bins. • Follow any provided recycling guidelines. • Do not leave trash outside unsecured. 12. Compliance • Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and community regulations. • Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
