We stayed at Josiah's apartment for 1 month (2 adults, 1 child and a small dog) and we didn't have any problem to report. He was fast in every communication and always willing to solve. Place is close (5min car) to several restaurants, stores and Jordan Creek mall and easy to get to highway and other places. Even though it was 1 bedroom only, air mattress saved my life in this month. The place for a couple would be perfect for both short or long stays.

Loved this place! Very clean, bed was super comfortable, it was the perfect place to stay after having been on the road for 11 hours! We were just using the place for the evening so can't comment on the surroundings and location per se but this place was a fabulous for a little R&R from long days on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place for being close to all the action in West DesMoines and Waukee. It is like getting the king suite without the price. we prefer to cook for ourselves so having the kitchen was a bonus.

This place was so much better than a hotel. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Our host was very quick to respond when I had questions or needed something. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Des Moines.
