To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and respect the following house rules: • Respect the property: Please treat the apartment and its contents with care at all times. • No parties or events: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning charges. • CCTV monitoring: All common areas of the property are monitored by 24/7 CCTV. • No third party bookings: The person who makes the booking must be staying at the property, unless prior arrangements have been approved by the host. • Guest limits: The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a surcharge of $100 per guest, per night, for the entire stay. • Timber floors: Please remove high heels before walking on timber floors to prevent damage. • Noise considerations: Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 pm. • Music: Loud music is not permitted at any time, indoors or outdoors. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the apartment. • Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises. • Rubbish & recycling: Please separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. • Multiple properties: If you have booked multiple properties, please ensure all items are returned to the apartment they were in at check in. • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and agree to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement if required.
