This custom-built five-bedroom home in the Stanford Place subdivision offers a roomy, resort-like stay for large groups. The property centers on an outdoor entertaining area — a private pool (seasonal), hot tub, covered patios with mountain views, and a dedicated pickleball court — plus multiple living areas including a finished basement suite with its own kitchen. Inside you’ll find an open plan main level with high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, comfortable primary suite with an en-suite jetted tub, and a private workout room. The listing emphasizes family-friendly features (cribs, play gates), modern conveniences (in-unit washer/dryer, smart lock, dedicated workspace), and a host known for responsive communication. Note that the pool is closed November–March and exterior cameras/noise detectors are used to enforce quiet and occupancy rules.
