Il soggiorno a casa di Jeff è stato fantastico! Si è dimostrato super disponibile ad ogni richiesta e domanda. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: pulita, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort! È in una posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro, ideale per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi e visitare Vicenza! Assolutamente raccomandata!

We loved our stay at Manuel's place. Check in was easy and flexible and they provided us with detailed instructions well in advance. We had a slight difficulty locating the flat and someone (Vicky) came round in 5 minutes to help us, Vicky was super friendly and helpful. She also showed us round and gave us great recommendations. Overall, the flat is very clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. It's just a walking distance away from the centre of the town. Lastly, Manuel and Jefferson were ready to help at all times. Would %100 recommend.

Luxurious apartment remodeled at the end of 2023. The apartment is located in the center of Vicenza, 500m from the famous Basilica Palladiana. It contains two private bedrooms, one private bathroom, a modern open-plan kitchen with an island, and a large dining room with seating for 6. The entire apartment offers views of the main street. SUMMARY: ❥ 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 120 m²/1300 ft², sleeps up to 6 people ❥ Beds: One bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests. Bedroom includes desks with widescreen monitors for quiet and private work or study. ❥ 3 Smart TVs located in the living room and each bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN+, and Paramount+ included. Please use your own logins for other apps. LOCATION: The apartment is located in the center of Vicenza, 5 minutes north of the Basilica Palladiana and Piazza dei Signori, along the Bacchiglione river. FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT & HIGH-END FINISHES: 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom with glamorous finishings, the entire house features large windows facing the main street, a coffeshop and a produce store in the same building, a spacious fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, an island, and breakfast/snack bar, a large 6-person dining table, and separate clothes washer and dryer. NEED TO KNOW: ❥ Starter supplies provided for one week. Guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries for stays longer than one week. ❥ For your security, we have a camera at the front entrance door. ❥ Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video are included. Please use your own logins for other apps. If the logins have been removed, please feel free to reach out to get them logged in again.

➟ To comply with Article 109 of the TULPS (Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza, Italy’s Consolidated Public Security Act), all guests entering the property must be enumerated on the reservation and are required to provide valid identity documents for registration with the authorities prior to check-in. ➟ Please do not use towels or bedsheets for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain. ➟ Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will incur a non-negotiable minimum 500€ fee for overtime cleaning costs and scheduling disruptions. ➟ We are happy to welcome pets with a pet fee. However, pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be walked at least once a day. Guests must clean up after pets both inside the home and when walking them outside. Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover any additional cleaning necessary due to the presence of pets. ➟ Please note that the laundry closet also contains private storage for personal items and cleaning supplies. For this reason, the area is monitored to ensure these items remain secure. ➟ Guests with negative reviews or no prior reviews will be required to pay a security deposit of €300, within 24 hours of reserving, via card using a link that we will provide. They will also be required to read and sign a rental agreement. Security deposit will be refunded within 8 business days as long as all house rules are followed.
