Great place to stay, especially if you need to be close to GCU. Very clean and quiet complex. Eddie was great with communication. We had a couple small issues and he responded and handled them very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
This place Is beautiful, clean, spacious and made us feel at home. The view of the mountains were nice, all the amenities and items provided made our stay much easier. The balcony was our favorite spot for relaxation. We were happy and satisfied with our stay, thank you!
Eddie was a super fantastic host. Everything was top notch. It was a great experience! The patio was great in the morning for coffees and donuts purchased from surrounding areas. Super convenient to access areas and venues. The pool and clubhouse area was super well-maintained and in excellent condition!
We live full time out of Airbnb’s, and Edward’s place was one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in!! It was spacious and very comfortable to stay/work remotely for several months in. We really enjoyed the amazing view of Piesatwa from the balcony in the mornings, the community hot tub (no one else ever seemed to use it!), and the proximity to fun restaurants in Uptown and Rosevelt Row (downtown Phoenix). Great WiFi, sparkling clean, well laid out for 2 people to work in, nicely furnished, easy parking, and responsive host. Lots of great hiking/biking nearby!! The gated complex felt very safe. I’ll definitely try to book this same place again next time I’m in Phoenix if it’s available! Loved it!

Large private outdoor covered patio. Two split bedrooms both with on-suite bathrooms. One with King bed and full private Bath for master, the other is queen bed with on-suite bath with shower. Community Pool and Hot Tub at the clubhouse. Gated Community and 1 assigned parking space...
Keep activities and noise down after 10pm for consideration of residents below. No extra guests without prior approval Quiet hours 10pm to 8am Please respect other residents If you have pets you must pick up after them, there are bags and disposal cans to collect the waste. If there are any observations of not adhering to picking up there is a fine from the HOA of minimum $250
